The way education system is set here they always want to see 12+4+2 pattern. Now when you say 12+3+3 which adds to same it is true but you will have to get some proffessional degree evaluation service to break down your BS and MS degree by course and credit hours and prove that it is equivalent to US degree's. Also I am not sure what university / institute did you get your degrees from. In case they are well reputed then it will make the task a little easy.

guess u r talking abt varicella vaccine .. this need 30 day gap, we had MMR on one day itself
The only catch could be on the MMR. MMR needs two vaccinations. The two vaccines nmeed to have a 1 month gap. So if you take one and to medical exam, they will force you take the 2'nd one right there. Ofcourse they don't care about the gap since they want to make money

Read carefully. It says 'However, there is an exception for people in H, L, K or V'. You are not on H1 right. That condition won't applicable for you.

Filed on Aug 17th @ Nebraska service center. Received EAD. AP status pending.
Finger printing done on 12/08.
Soft LUD on I-485 for self and spouse on 12/10,12/11,12/15,12/18,12/28.
LUD on approved I-140(approved 10/06) on 12/02. Received the 'Your application has been approved....' email from CRIS too on 12/02!!
This is getting me really tensed :-(

If the labor certification is approved and the I-140 has been or will be pending for 365 days or more prior to the H-1B worker�s requested H-1B start date, then the H-1B visa worker can file for the one year extension under AC21 106 (a).

Have you or someone you khow actually been able to get a copy of I-140 using G-639? If so when was that and what was the processing time?
The reason I ask is because I have heard all kinds of stories about using FOIA to get a copy of I-140.
- Some say that you can not only get I-140 but also copies of your labor cert and they have actually received it.
- Some say that USCIS responded back saying that it was employer's property and hence can't be given to the employee.
- Some say that it just takes too damn long (over a year) to be any meaningful.
By the way, I just sent the G-639 myself couple of weeks ago. Will let you know if I was successful in getting a copy.

Yes, you are correct. They just need copies at the time of application, they can ask for originals if needed later if there is an interview. But yes, still I got my orginials in courier.

I was talking about Traditional labor, and mines is not a case of substitution so i never signed anything .Infact at the time of applying labor i did sign some forms but nothing in 140 stage only signed g 28 at 485 stage.
From your signature your 140 is approved so u need not worry about that.

I recently spoke to one of the murhty attorneys about this and they mentioned that if the delay is because of company issues then you can travel back on AP but however if the delay is because of some security check then it is best to wait for it.

Interestingly lot of folks like me are doing 485 on their own - because its NOT difficult. Its small Project and you have to get the Docs right and complete.
Regd - Lawyers dont really answer RFE - they ask us to give the piece of extra information and henceforth charge 3000-4000... Like if a RFE comes to me because i didn't submit W2 and Tax returns - I'll send that. What do i need a lawyer to send my W2's ?
So far as critical RFE's like Birth Certificate , Employment letter unsatisfactory they will straight away reject the case - No question of RFE an no need of
lawyer answering it.
I feel like lawyers are collectively spreading these rumours because they want peoples like me to feel scared with the overall tense environment so that they get more business !!
I mailed my case today June 30th and it should hit Lincoln, NE July 2nd
Since the Visa bulletion is still showing current i have a right to do that.
Hey can we sue these law firms who have spread the rumors, I could not sleep all night yesterday. Think about those who have not submitted the paperwork to their lawyer yet ....

My attourney says that when they approved my visa for the first time on H1b, they forgave me and that I should be fine. He recommended me to make sure that I report correctly. As per the rule goes I was suppose to be working either one of the company. There is no exception like 5 days or 7 days. It seems they are not so hard for small gaps as long as you filed for H1B transfer. Hope this helps.

I guess I can safely say that I have some experience in this subject. I've not got much to show for it in my gallery, but I've taken a few thousand more or less successful pictures of motorcycles.
As everyone said, some tracking and slower shutter will make it "move" better. Not too much tho'. At 400 mm, I usually set the time to 1/400 or 1/320. At shorter lengths, down to 1/100.
Motocross is slightly slower than road-racing, so you may want to lengthen that time a little bit.
It all depends on your panning skills too.

I just called the DMV, they are again blindly saying that they just accept I-94 and nothing else. When i tried explaining them about how this is being handled in other states, they told me that this is TEXAS....we go by our own rules. I don't think i have any other option other than going for Premium.
Any advises on upgrading to premium at this time.
